Together with the Board, the CEO will set multi-year high growth strategies. He or she is responsible for formulating execution plans to realize those strategies, including achieving milestones and meeting financial targets.
We shall look for the following qualities in our deliberations:

2. High degree of entrepreneurship
3. Hands-on (casual) type who dislikes protocols
4. Management capabilities
5. Creative; out-of-the-box thinker
6. Work experiences, preferably media, advertising, or internet related
7. Knowledge breadth, especially in the world of internet and advertising
8. Academic achievements
To unlock its monetary value, karir.com is looking to achieve a liquidity event (IPO or otherwise) in 3 to 5 years, at which time internet users in Indonesia are expected to have reached at least 50 million.
