Secretary

Essentials job duties:
• Assist QUALITY Department in daily functions for effective & efficient operations pertaining to documentation, liaison, time / leave management, stationary / material requirements.
• Shall assist in writing procedures & manuals; travel arrangements, meeting & MOM coordination, Library Management, data management & perform other wide variety of secretarial duties, etc.

Requirements:
• Superb command of ENGLISH written & verbal.
• Highly developed “MS Office” operating skills.
• Having at least 3 years of Secretarial experience; Superior Organizational & time management skills.
• Ability/ ease to liaise at all levels & with varied nationalities within & external of organization.
• Quick thinking & resourceful; team player and independent accomplished; service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Diligent, committed & able to control emotions under stressful environment.
