Pension Client Service Manager
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implement the strategic direction for the Pension segment in response to current and future client need.
* Capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue flows by targeting up sell, cross sell, retention and development of business relationships.
* Maintain market share and ensure optimal profitability.
* Monitor, analyze and interpret on a continuous basis performance versus business plan.
* Leverage and share best practices of the function, including client service tools and techniques.
* Continuously identify opportunities to enhance value proposition for clients.
Requirements:
* University or post-graduate degree in any major.
* Min. 5 years working experience in Pension or Compensation area. Preferably form financial or banking industry.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients, industry associations and business leaders.
* Advanced knowledge of Pensions and the Indonesian Market.
* Ability to lead initiatives, manage cross-functional relationships and provide coaching and mentoring.
* Strategic approach to business and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
