y client is one of the top UK facilities service providers and we're looking for a strong assistant to look after one of the founding directors. You will have a background working within the Facilities Management industry at Director level and being able to quickly and accurately put together presentations, spreadsheets and reports. For this reason you will have advanced Microsoft Office skills as well as strong diary management and "gatekeeper"skills, ensuring the Director's time is properly utilised - this is a true Executive PA position and we need someone reliable, confident and experienced.
