Financial Controller (China)
(China - Zhuhai & Changzhou)
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is in charge of the operation finance (management reporting), US GAAP and local GAAP reporting. He/ she will report to the VP of Finance.
- Responsible for the total accounting function for the division/cost center which includes leading, supporting and managing the Accounting team
- Manage the accounting and financial process in order to ensure processes & procedures are in accordance with corporate and legislative requirements
- Coordinate and oversee the financial aspects of the assigned business segment
- Prepare Business Unit forecast
- Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal & external monthly financial statements, 12 month rolling forecasts and annual audits
- Oversee the activities of the Accounts Receivable Department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc.
- Establish and maintain systems & controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company’s value, including complying with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Prepare reports that summarize and forecast Company’s business activity & financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present & expected operations
- Review company financial statements for accuracy and clarity
