Manager Coal Project (ref: MCP)
(Jakarta based)
Requirements:
- • The major competencies must include:
- 1. Identifying new Coal Projects
- 2. Project Assessment
- 3. Project Negotiation and Development
- • Experience in the coal industry; needs min 10 years.
- • Based in Jakarta but with frequent and extended travel to coal locations.
- • Direct report to Chief Representative.
- • Self-motivated & self starter leadership role.
- • Demonstrated experience in finding and assessing coal projects and success in negotiating at least one project.
- • Experience in both Kalimantan and Sumatra.
- • Able to identify and propose workable solutions to local issues.
- • Has a network of professional contacts throughout Indonesia in the areas of mining, contracting, legal, financial, geological, logistical, etc.
- • Knowledge of Indonesian mining and environmental laws and Indonesian mining concession regulations.
- • Degree either in engineering or geology and preferably some financial training.
- • Financially / commercially aware/astute.
- • Capable of presenting a coherent project proposal to all levels of management within the Company.
