We are seeking for position as Senior Mining Supervisor, Mining Supervisor and Mining Leading Hand, who will based in Satui Mining Project, South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities for this position are to active organise, assist and push the employees to properly managed the work teams to deliver production qualities and results which meet the agreed dig plan for the shift; to lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results. Set an example for all in the workplace to follow in safety, leadership, attendance and personal behavior.

Applicants should have a minimum Senior High School or Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering is preferred with previous experience in similar role at least 3 years; have ability in employee’s supervision, resource planning, and OHS&E supervision; be able to work on shift roster (day and nigh shift); good communication skills in English.
