ADMIN EXECUTIVE
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
To manage, assist, coordinate and execute the overall logistic and administration function activities for FVSB group of Companies for Onshore and Offshore Operations including the Kemaman Supply Base (KSB) warehouse management support
Manage day to day Administration support.
Purchasing process of office admin requirements and good ie: Stationaries, PC atc
Conduct negotiation on quotation, pricing, award recommendations and credit terms with various suppliers
Ensure system works in order to support important office telecommunication
Ensure all postal services (internal & external) are well coordinated and reach destination
Manage the administration and logistic departments staff discipline, attendance, working schedule ie: tea ladies, driver, office boy, admin assistants and receptionist
Supervise control and monitoring the usage of office stationeries
Ensure all office equipment are in order fax machine, photocopier machine
Ensure office space, fixtures, fittings and electrical equipments are in working order lighting, workstation, carpet cleaning etc.
Supervise the entire office assets inventory and tagging activities
Monitoring, controlling and safe guarding all assets movement in/out
Conduct negotiation with car rental companies and insurance companies fro pricing, terms, insurance waiver etc
Handling issues and problems on vehicles with the vendor
Ensure relevant staff are given parking facilities in accordance to grade / rank
Manage the entire office renovation from negotiation with contractor, office layout, bill of quantities, supervise actual renovation work until completion.
Requirements:
Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
3 10 years in executing office administration
Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia an English.
Strong leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and presentation skills to liaise with people at all levels and culture.
