Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff members.
Assist in taking messages on inquiries
Create, type, and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Filling and organizing documents and catalogues
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Faxing of approved orders to vendors
Follow-up calls with vendor on RFQs
To handle basic admin functions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in any field
Good command in English and Malay
5 days a week, must be able to start immediately
Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
MUST be able to work under pressure
Preferably one (1) year experience as an administrative staff
