Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a group of leaders and operators.
* Meet production goals and achieve optimum quantity and quality of output.
* Implement production schedule and work towards improving the process flow and quality yield. Achieve higher productivity, desired quality and costing objectives.
* Improve the manufacturing process through maximizing the use or resources as well as provide technical assistance.
* Troubleshoot all process problems
* Ensure all process parameters in control
* Ensure high standard of safety at all times
* Coordinate with all other department on support functions
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma holder with 3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as technical capability are essential.
* Able to communication at all levels and work independently.
* Must be able to speak English and Mandarin.
* Must be able to do shift work.
* Open to all Singapore Citizen/PR and Malaysian
