Key UK Building Society is looking for a Branch/Retail Manager to cover maternity leave (10 month contract) in Mickleover.
The role will be: -
- To support Sales Development Manager in leading, motivating and coaching a team to deliver a high quality sales and service environment
- To be proactive in developing business links and external contacts within the local community in order to generate sales.
- To serve the customer and to seek and maximise sales opportunities and interviews, relevant to customer need, ensuring that personal and branch objectives are achieved. Experience, Skills & Qualifications needed:
· A minimum of 12 months financial services experience
· A minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent (Grade A-C) including English and Mathematics
· Experience of working in a retail targeted sales environment
· A thorough understanding and working knowledge of the mortgage/investment/pure protection & insurance market specifically the complexity and application of the products/services sold under this job profile
· A high degree of IT and numeracy skills
· Customer questioning, objection handling and selling skills
· A minimum of 12 months management experience or demonstrated potential fast-track scheme and a thorough understanding and adherence to procedures, compliance, regulatory requirements and lending policy.
