Salary: MYR 10000 - 12000 (TPM)
Responsibilities:
* Manage overall staffing of Finance team including hiring, training, motivating, developing, evaluating and directing the staff and supervising their daily operations
* Manage the company financial project management
* Establish appropriate policies and procedures for the financial area of the newly created initiative to ensure best practices proper internal control and efficiency
* Implement appropriate policies and procedures for new project initiatives identify and implement cost controls and financial transaction cycles and identify the opportunity for other efficiency improvements
* Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecasting
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and provide financial data for management decisions. Handle special accounting related projects as required
* Develop financial models and pricing alternatives in support of new business initiatives
* Establish and manage the rate card and chargeback model for recovering cost through internal companies
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
* Solid background with 5-8 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling and variance/trend reporting
* Qualified accountant preferred with experience in general accounting preferably in IT / BPO industry.
* Exposure to US GAAP knowledge and SOX experience will have added advantage
* Navision knowledge will be an added advantage
* Must have strong analytical, strategic, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and establish
* Team player that can provide independent financial advise to business partners
* Posses leadership skills, sound business knowledge, mature, well organized, high standard of ethics, able to work independently under pressure
